5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
We accept returns only if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly replace or refund your item after verification.
